Automatic refunds

If your video cannot be made for any technical reason, we refund the full amount automatically to the card or wallet you paid with. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

If you are not happy with the result

Email support@aidancingdog.com within 7 days with your order number. If the video clearly does not show your pet or is broken, we will make it again for free or refund you.

No subscription

Every video is a single payment. There is nothing to cancel.
