Privacy policy

What we collect

  • Your photo, to make your video.
  • Your video, so you can download it again.
  • An account ID: an anonymous guest ID, or your Google account's ID and email if you sign in with Google.
  • Your email and name from Apple Pay, Google Pay or the Stripe checkout page. We keep your email to deliver your video and answer support requests. We do not send you marketing emails.
  • Order details: the style, price and payment status. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us.

How we use it

Only to make and deliver your video, process payment, handle refunds and answer support emails. We never post your photo or video, never sell your data and never use your photos to train AI models.

Analytics

We measure how the site is used with our own first-party analytics, stored in our own database: the pages you view, the buttons you tap in the video maker, where the visit came from (the referring site and any utm campaign tags in the link), your device type, browser, screen size, language, time zone and the country derived from it. It uses a random visitor ID and a session ID kept in your browser's local storage, not your name or email. We do not store your IP address, use no advertising cookies and share none of this with ad networks. Analytics events are deleted after 180 days.

Processors

Google Firebase (hosting, sign-in, storage), Stripe (payments) and kie.ai (AI generation). They process data only to provide their service to us.

Retention

Photos and videos are kept for up to 90 days so you can download them again, then deleted. Email us to delete them sooner.
